By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Mikey Sanchez Studio provides photography-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Editorial photography

  • Portrait photography

  • Fashion photography

  • Event photography

  • Commercial photography

  • Test shoots

  • Digital gallery delivery

  • Print and digital image sales

Services may vary depending on the project agreement.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once:

  • both parties agree to the project terms; and

  • any requested deposit or booking fee has been paid.

3.2 Invoices

Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in:

  • delayed delivery of images;

  • suspension of services; or

  • cancellation of future bookings.

3.3 Deposits

Deposits and retainers are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellation

If the client cancels:

  • deposits may be retained;

  • work already completed may still be invoiced;

  • non-recoverable expenses may be charged.

4.2 Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

4.3 Photographer Cancellation

If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, liability shall be limited to refunding payments already received.

5. Image Delivery

5.1 Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on workload, travel, editing requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Editing Style

Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with our portfolio and editing style.

Final edited images are delivered according to our artistic judgment.

RAW files are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5.3 Gallery Access

Client galleries may be delivered via Pixieset or similar online platforms.

Clients are responsible for:

  • downloading their images;

  • backing up delivered files;

  • sharing gallery links responsibly.

We are not responsible for maintaining permanent online storage of delivered galleries.

6. Copyright and Usage

6.1 Copyright Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mikey Sanchez Studio retains full copyright ownership of all images created.

Copyright is protected under applicable UK copyright laws.

6.2 Client Usage Rights

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered images for the purposes agreed upon.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Personal Clients

May:

  • share images online;

  • print images for personal use;

  • use images for non-commercial purposes.

May not:

  • sell images;

  • alter images substantially;

  • apply filters or edits;

  • submit images to third parties for commercial licensing.

Commercial Clients

Commercial usage rights are limited to the scope agreed within the project agreement or invoice.

Additional licensing fees may apply for:

  • advertising campaigns;

  • paid media;

  • large-scale commercial distribution;

  • exclusivity;

  • extended usage periods.

6.3 Social Media and Portfolio Usage

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Mikey Sanchez Studio may use images for:

  • portfolio display;

  • website content;

  • social media;

  • exhibitions;

  • editorial submissions;

  • self-promotion;

  • competitions and awards.

Clients may request confidentiality prior to the shoot.

7. Model Releases and Permissions

Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions for:

  • locations;

  • venues;

  • talent;

  • property access;

  • commercial clearances.

Where required, model releases should be signed before commercial publication.

8. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a client behaves in a:

  • threatening;

  • abusive;

  • discriminatory; or

  • unsafe manner.

9. Limitation of Liability

While reasonable care is taken in all aspects of our work, Mikey Sanchez Studio shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses;

  • technical failures;

  • corrupted files;

  • delays caused by events outside our control;

  • third-party platform outages;

  • loss of data after delivery.

In all circumstances, liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events outside reasonable control, including:

  • severe weather;

  • illness;

  • travel disruption;

  • strikes;

  • natural disasters;

  • government restrictions;

  • equipment theft or failure.

11. Website Use

Users agree not to:

12. Digital Downloads and Print Orders

All sales of digital downloads and prints are final unless defective.
